• Work closely with the sales & marketing to plan awareness building events / programs

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech / BE in Civil / Structural engineering
• 5 – 7 years of experience having worked in construction/ structural design / architecture / building materials space
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Firsthand knowledge of construction, building ingredient space
• At least 2 years of experience in a role that required interface with clients and also internal stake holders
• Exposure to QA in real estate / building architecture / structural design space is an added advantage
• Capable of answering any question on the product

• Reviewing of structural stability, safety, conformance with relevant design codes at optimum cost.
• Must be conversant with knowledge in latest IS & international codes / standards and practice.
• Ontime structural Analysis & design completion of Structure, by using Staad pro
• Preparation of design reports, design calculations, loads and stress related to different structures.
• Independently interact with clients about their requirements.
• Trouble shooting on process failure and Site erection complaints. Resolving by studying the root cause and taking actions.
• Optimizing the existing process/design to complete project on time also economically.
• Continual improvements.
• Coordinating with Erection and Commissioning team.
• Providing technical inputs and engineering support to production team and Implementation team
• Site visit for studying and understanding the customer requirements.

Qualification and Experience

• B.E | B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• BIM Specialist utilizes knowledge of Building Information Modelling software which includes AutoCAD and Revit, to develop, modify and/or review drawings and BIM models according to ABKJ established standards.
• Drafting engineering design, drawings, architectural drawings by using 2D, 3D, and CAD/Revit Structures and Revit Architecture/BIM system.
• Working with design engineers, architects, and drafting team members in the company
• Review deliverables with the scheduler to determine task requirements and in achieving milestones.
• Maintaining accuracy and error-free drawings by following ABKJs BIM/drafting standards.
• Maintaining clear communication with engineers, schedulers, and supervisor or subordinates in the understanding of assigned tasks/mark-ups and clarify when needed.
• Checking/QC of completed drawings to assure all information has been transferred correctly.
• Focus on achieving effective time and cost management by following an organized work process.
• Other designated related duties assigned by the company..

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture/Structural
• 4+ years of experience in drafting structural/architectural drawings of building design and/or infrastructure design.
• Expertise in Revit Structures or Revit Architecture preferred
• Experienced in AutoCAD drafting is a plus point.
